Pryvilo Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of pryvilo.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
The store is operated by dmytro shop llc, referred to below as “we”, “us” or “our”.
1. Who We Are
Pryvilo is an online retailer of beauty tools and makeup accessories. Our registered business details are set out at the end of these terms. All orders are supplied by dmytro shop llc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
3. Products, Descriptions and Availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and included parts. Colours can look different depending on your screen, and handmade or naturally finished items can vary slightly in tone, grain or texture. Such variation is not a defect.
Product availability changes. An item shown in the store may sell out or be discontinued. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we contact you to agree on a replacement, a delayed shipment or a cancellation with a full refund.
Product care: Wash brushes with lukewarm water and a mild soap, reshape the bristles and dry them flat with the head slightly downward. Replace sponges when they no longer rinse clean.
4. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices, discounts and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete payment. We do not add hidden fees after an order is placed. Sales tax, value-added tax and import duties are handled as shown at checkout or as required by the destination country.
We may correct pricing errors before an order is accepted. If a price error is discovered after you pay, we contact you before shipping and offer the corrected price or a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email and begin processing. We may decline an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a shipping restriction, or a previous unresolved payment dispute.
6. Shipping, Risk and Title
Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days and standard international transit normally takes 10–20 business days, for an estimated total of 11–23 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, or to a person at that address who accepts the parcel. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect items, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, approved refunds are normally issued within 5–10 business days of approval, and items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this store, including text, product photography, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false orders or payment information, scraping content at scale, or using the store for any unlawful purpose.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
We use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, analytics and advertising. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the parts of the service they provide. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer
Product information is provided for general guidance. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Where a product has specific safety instructions, follow them. Nothing on this store is a substitute for professional advice.
The store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we take reasonable steps to keep it operating correctly.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the store. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our operations or in the law. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date.
